Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities: - Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Maintain a thorough understanding of products or services offered - Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis - Utilize sales pipeline tools to track progress and forecast sales - Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale - Upsell additional products or services to increase revenue - Ensure accurate inventory control and assist with restocking as needed Experience: - Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in retail - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in retail math calculations for pricing and discounts - Experience using sales software systems to track leads and customer interactions - Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals - Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills - Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Understanding of inventory control procedures in a retail environment - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Prior experience in retail sales is a plus Join our team as a Sales Consultant and take your career to the next level!
