At Formulation, Inc we are looking for an ambitious individual to train into our entry level Car Key Sales Tech position. Our company is looking to train an individual to cut, duplicate, and program car keys, as well as learn the customer facing, sales side of the business.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing issues with maximum reliability and functionality. We operate in the Austin area, covering Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, North Austin, South Austin

Car Keys Express Training:

Customer acquisition
Sales processing
Cutting/programming key fobs
Inputting information into client portal

Requirements:

Be able to pass a background check
Clean driving record and be able to pass an MVR
Organized, with effective time management skills
Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
Be able to work in a physically demanding environment (getting in/out of cars to test keys, retrieve vin #'s, etc)

Responsibilities:

Learn cutting, duplicating, and programming of car keys
Keeping accurate and timely record of production, sales, and inventory
Show consistency between technician work and driving sales
Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
