**Job Located in Santa Monica**
We are currently seeking an Automotive Technician / Mechanic to become part of our team! this is a position for someone with experience, 3 years minimun in a professional shop. must know how to R&R motors and transmissions, timing belts water pumps, valve gaskets, no start diag, Over heating and check engine light diag. we are looking for someone with a good attitude and is on time and ready to work. if this is you then come talk to us and become part of our family.
You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul automotive vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
- use your skills to figure out issues and get the vehicles back into good shape
- Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with at least 3 years as a professional automotive technician, mechanic, in repair shops.
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- organized and positive attitude
- can work with a team but is self-motivated.

You must have experience and tools to receive an interview. this is not a position for a lube tech or a beginner.
what your expected to do- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension failures.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify necessary repairs or replacements.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues.
- Perform some R & R on motors and transmissions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay: $24.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
