As an Express Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned and in accordance with Dealership & factory standards.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform lubrication services
- Check vehicle tire air pressure
- Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as required
- Checks tire air pressure on vehicles
- Ensures that all equipment is in working order
- Operates a wide variety of vehicles; both automatic & manual transmissions
- Operates and maintains all lubrication equipment
- Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
- Performs thorough check of customers’ cars (i.e. battery, lights, tires) and refers all needed repairs and preventative maintenance to the Service Advisor
- Replaces oil and air filters as directed by repair orders
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional appearance and customer orientated attitude
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair highly desired
- Valid in-state driver’s license with acceptable driving record according to dealership guidelines
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment motor vehicle records check and drug screening
