Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity in the automotive and RV industry? We are expanding and want YOU to be a key part of our growth! As a Service Advisor , you will be the essential link between our customers and the service department. Your role involves :
- Greeting customers and accurately documenting their service needs.
- Preparing service estimates and communicating costs and timelines clearly.
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the repairs and services performed.
- Managing service records, warranty issues, and providing advice on maintenance.

What We’re Looking For :
Experience
Proven experience as a
Service Advisor in the automotive or RV industry. Familiarity with Class C RVs (Ford, Dodge), camper vans, and vehicles like BMWs is a plus!
Customer Focus
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers by offering transparent advice and recommendations.
