What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily shop operations and ensure top-tier customer service.
- Manage the sales process, including estimates and approvals.
- Supervise and support automotive technicians.
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely parts ordering.
- Train and mentor employees to improve shop performance.
- Track financial goals and generate performance reports.
