Automotive Service Advisor

Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for our growing Service Department. GM experience a plus! This is a rare opportunity and we need highly driven and motivated individuals only to join our team. We are an Award Winning Service Department and expect to continue our tradition of Customer Service Excellence and Retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Insure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective services
• Obtaining customer and vehicle information, clearly reporting all vehicle issues as provided by the customer
• Recommend needed maintenance and repairs and provide a detailed and complete estimate of cost
• Concierge support for all owner inquiries
• Monitor vehicle progress and report status to customer
• Full explanation of all completed work and charges to the customer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong oral/written communication skills
• Prompt and courteous service to our customers
• GM experience a plus!
• Team player
• Time management skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
