Automotive Service Advisor

A Description of the role:

The Automotive Service Advisor at Szott I - 96 CDJR is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by promptly greeting clients, assessing vehicle concerns, and providing clear repair estimates. This role supports service department efficiency while ensuring a high standard of communication, organization, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index as per Stellantis guidelines.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Conduct vehicle assessments, including test drives, to identify mechanical issues.
• Provide accurate estimates for labor, parts, and time based on shop capacity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service advisor, Stellantis experience preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of success in the automotive service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
