Responsibilities
- Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Works with customers to schedule service work, advise customers on additional services needs or recommended estimate cost of repairs and time frame needed
- Communicate between customer and techs on customer concerns and time frames
- Be able to explain complex repairs to customers in a way that the customer understands what needs to be done
- Advise customers on all necessary services for routine maintenance based on manufacturer recommendation.
Qualifications
- Working Knowledge of the industry.
- 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Dealertrack experience a plus.
- Quality conscious and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Clean driving record.
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.
