What We Expect from Our Techs:

  • Utilize our digital inspection on a company provided tablet to serve our customers the best overview on their vehicle every visit.
  • Be able to perform work on brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and all other matters of repair and maintenance.
  • Take advantage of company provided equipment, scan tools, and software to help diagnose and service vehicles.
  • Communicate with Service Advisors and provide detailed information for them to write up an accurate repair order using our software platform.
  • Provide service on a variety of makes and models.
  • Work within a team setting to solve problems and accomplish goals.
  • Utilize company-provided safety equipment and have the ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
  • Be willing to adapt to changes and work with a high level of energy and positive attitude.
  • Strive to continually learn and grow within the company, but also as an individual.
