We are seeking a Ford Pro Elite Service Advisor to join our team. Successful candidates should be self motivated, professional and a great team player.
The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include greeting customers, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments as needed.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Establish follow up time
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Service Advisor Requirements:
Previous experience at a Ford dealership, Heavy Truck Shop or in Fleet as a Service Advisor
Ability to identify the problem quickly
Knowledge of automobiles
Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
Very energetic personality
A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity
Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
Minimum of 3 years in a service department
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive, friendly attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
