White’s Auto Mall is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Express/Quick Service Advisor to be the face of our fast-paced service lane. If you’re passionate about customer service and want to be part of a professional team that values growth, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers in the service lane with a smile

• Write up repair orders for oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance

• Communicate recommended services clearly and professionally

• Keep customers informed throughout their visit

• Ensure smooth hand-off between the express team and technicians

• Deliver a great customer experience that earns trust and drives loyalty

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and people skills

• High energy, organized, and detail-oriented

• Previous customer service experience (automotive a plus, but not required)

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Team player attitude with a strong work ethic
