As a Lube Technician, you’ll be a vital part of our service department, responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks that keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to provide excellent service.
Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid level checks
Inspect vehicles for potential service needs and communicate findings to service advisors
Complete all work accurately, efficiently, and in line with dealership standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and dealership protocols
Support fellow technicians and staff as needed
Stay updated on manufacturer guidelines and service trends
Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in basic automotive service is preferred
Working knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
Ability to operate standard service equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Effective time management and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Must be 21 years or older
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical or vocational training is a plus
ASE or related certifications are a bonus but not required
