Responsibilities

• Oversee the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service for all customers
• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival
• Gather comprehensive customer and vehicle information, and accurately document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Assess and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
• Provide detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor costs
• Ensure final invoices align with completed work and explain all services and charges to customers 
• Establish clear follow-up timelines with customers
• Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries, in person and via phone, to ensure thorough and professional handling of all concerns
• Efficiently allocate work among technicians to optimize daily productivity
• Ensure technician time is consistently utilized and sold for service work
• Facilitate a positive customer experience by completing additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Friendly, customer-oriented demeanor with exceptional communication skills
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and coordinating team activities
• Professional appearance, maintaining a well-groomed and polished image
• Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license 
• Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
