What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and act as their trusted advisor throughout the service process
Write repair orders and clearly communicate service needs
Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and timely service
Provide updates and build long-term customer relationships
Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role (automotive background a plus!)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-first attitude
