Are you a skilled automotive mechanic looking for hands-on work in an exciting prototype environment? We are seeking local Automotive Mechanics (Level 1 & 2) in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to join our dynamic team!
Job Summary:
As an Automotive Mechanic, you will modify and maintain vehicles, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in a fast-paced, cutting-edge automotive setting. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your skill set while working alongside experienced professionals who will mentor and support your development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and modifications on cars and trucks.
- Follow repair orders, technical instructions, and service procedures.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical system malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate vehicle service records.
- Operate and maintain shop equipment, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of automotive experience in a shop or similar environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use shop tools effectively.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Certificate in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- ASE Certifications and/or State Mechanic Certifications.
