Experienced Ford Mechanic

Assist Ambulance is looking for an experienced Mechanic to join us full-time at our Brooklyn base! Assist is a New York City EMS agency offering a full range of emergency medical and transportation services throughout the five boroughs. Assist has a proud 30 year history of providing these services to the diverse and vibrant communities of NYC. Assist Ambulance offers Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support via emergency and non-emergency ambulance transports for various hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, doctor's offices, and community-based organizations.

We're seeking an experienced Ford mechanic with five years experience or more working on E-Transit and E-Series vehicles. 

• Must be available to work efficiently Mon-Fri 9a-5p
• Must have 5+ years experience with oil changes, brake replacement, engine work, and minor body repair as needed
• Experience with Ford E-Transit and Ford E-Series vans preferred
• Experience with installing and securing medical equipment for an ambulance preferred
