Ford Certified Diesel Mechanic - *$57/flat-rate hour*

Tom Wood Ford, in Indianapolis, IN, is looking for a n A+ Ford Certified Diesel Mechanic to join our award-winning service team!

Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose and repair Ford diesel engines, including Power Stroke systems
• Perform maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, and other routine procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Follow Ford Motor Company guidelines and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.

Qualifications: 

• Ford diesel experience required; Ford certifications highly preferred
• Hands-on diesel mechanic experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Ford Power Stroke engines and related systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Required-valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
