Full-Time Automotive Prep/Detailer/Lot Attendant ($1,000 New Hire Bonus)

Full-Time (40+ hours per 5-day work week) position with a set, predictable schedule. Candidates must be dependable and trustworthy, have an eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience preferred, but not required. We provide full training with the opportunity to advance within the company for driven individuals.

Job Description

Prep/Detailers/Lot Attendants prepare vehicles for display, sale and delivery (new and pre-owned) by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, as well as provide lot support as needed. 

In this position, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Wash and dry vehicle exteriors. 
• Clean interior/exterior windows, vacuum, and clean interior surfaces.
• Spot-clean stained areas, if applicable.
• Clean and apply tire shine to wheels.
• Put fuel in vehicles as policy and procedure indicate.
• Shuttle vehicles to appropriate staging point for sale/delivery.

New Hire Bonus

When you become employed full-time and fulfill the following terms of employment, eligible employees will receive the designated bonus amount in their paycheck in the week following the milestone date, up to $1,000!

1. 1st Milestone Bonus after 90 Days of Employment - $250
2. 2nd Milestone Bonus after 6 Months of Employment - $250
3. 3rd Milestone Bonus after 1 Year of Employment - $500
