**What You'll Do:** 
As our HVAC Service Technician, you’ll wear many hats: problem-solver, trusted advisor, and customer champion. Your mission is twofold: provide top-notch service to existing HVAC systems while identifying and recommending tailored solutions that enhance comfort, energy efficiency, and system longevity. You’ll be a critical link between our expertise and the customer’s peace of mind. 

**Responsibilities:**

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Evaluate system performance and educate customers on improvement opportunities, offering a clear path to upgraded comfort.
• Identify potential opportunities for system enhancements, upgrades, and preventative maintenance plans.
• Confidently present solutions and assist customers in selecting services and products that fit their needs and budgets.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and deliver a unified customer experience.
• Keep up with the latest industry trends, technologies, and certifications to offer cutting-edge solutions. 

**What We’re Looking For:**

• A skilled HVAC technician with a flair for customer service and sales.
• 2+ years in HVAC service, maintenance, or repair, with proven success in upselling or consultative selling.
• EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, software, and CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and genuinely.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
