Due to the high demand for services, we are currently looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team! This position has a lot of opportunity for growth and leadership within our company at our Spanish Fork, UT location.

  • Compensation: $60,000-120,000 annually!
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Experienced HVAC Technician with knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
  • Proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints and other diagrams.
  • 3 to 5 years of service experience (residential and light commercial) HVAC system troubleshooting/repair
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Primary Job Functions:
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
  • Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and complete repairs of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
  • Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
  • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck,
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
