Lube Technician

A successful Lube Technician delivers quality workmanship on each and every service performed. 

Key Job Responsibilities include:

• Change oil and replace filters according to manufacturer’s guidelines
• Top off fluids including brake, power steering and windshield wiper fluids.
• Check for leaks, inspecting the engine block and underbody and visually inspecting the vehicle.
• Check tire pressure and perform tire rotations.
• Complete and stay current on all trainings set forth by manufacturer to improve product knowledge and customer service.
• Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work area while performing service or repairs.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Professional demeanor and work ethic including a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
• Basic understanding of automotives, technical school preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires bending, reaching,
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
