Job Description
Summary:
The Rental Car Representative is the front-line face of our rental operations, ensuring every customer has a smooth, friendly, and efficient rental experience. From greeting customers to preparing vehicles and guiding them through the rental process, you play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating loyal customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers throughout the rental process, including vehicle selection and checkout
Prepare rental vehicles to meet company standards before each rental
Maintain and follow all rental policies and procedures
Provide honest, ethical, and high-quality customer service at all times
Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Keep accurate records and process transactions efficiently
Operate computer systems and rental software to complete rentals
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proven ability to solve problems effectively
Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
Desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous car rental or insurance replacement experience
Face-to-face sales experience
Additional Information
Compensation (Hourly):
$15.00 - 17.00 / hour
Depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule:
FULL TIME
