We are looking for a motivated team player with relevant franchise dealer experience. Guest service is of the utmost importance in this role, CSI is a major factor in pay. This position will be a commission-based position that is driven off your personal success along with the growth of the store.

Service Advisor Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and attendance
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to make every guest feel as they are the most important guest of the day
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable record
  • 2+ years experience in the service writing position REQUIRED
  • DealerTrack experience preferred, but not necessary

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Provide unparalleled guest service, consistently achieving top CSI scores
  • Serve as liaison between guest and technician. Ensuring complete understanding of both with regards to the services rendered. Continue to keep guest informed with pertinent information based on service.
  • Accurate and efficient paperwork management a must
  • Prepare and process Repair Orders accurately, including all costs, deductibles, and descriptions of symptoms, etc.
  • Advise guest on additional needed services, explain all benefits
  • Maintain communication with guest and keep them informed of changes in service and repair time completion

This position is VERY high paced and VERY lucrative for the right individual. Stated income range is average income, actual income is limitless.
