Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that service customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Write Repair Orders, estimating the time and cost of every repair
- Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether over the phone or in person, to ensure the customer is not mishandled
- Prioritize required services, and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service customers
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
