Summary/Objective:

Consult with customers regarding service needs.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Communicate directly with customers regarding vehicle service
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Ensure work is completed by service technicians in a timely manner
  • Various other duties as assigned


Compensation & Benefits:

This is an salaried position paying $33,280.00 - 41,600.00 annually. Starting pay is determined based on several factors, which can include the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, education, and geographic area. 

  

Additionally, this position is eligible to receive commission as part of the compensation package. Potential commission varies based on individual performance metrics and role-specific targets.

Preferred Education/Experience:

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises eight non-supervisory service technicians in the service department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
