Job Description

At Stevens Creek BMW, every interaction reflects the prestige of the BMW brand. We are seeking an experienced Luxury Service Advisor who can deliver a refined customer experience, guide clients with expertise, and ensure seamless communication between customers and our factory-trained technicians.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients with professionalism and hospitality that reflects the BMW standard.
Document concerns clearly and ensure accurate vehicle diagnoses.
Provide consultative explanations of recommended maintenance and repairs.
Communicate estimates, obtain approvals, and proactively recommend services.
Coordinate with technicians to optimize productivity and timely repair completion.
Keep customers informed with timely updates and realistic timelines.
Ensure RO accuracy and profitability while maintaining exceptional CSI.
Maintain detailed records supporting warranty and future service needs.
Handle customer concerns with discretion and professionalism.
Stay current on BMW technologies, bulletins, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of high-line or luxury Service Advisor experience (Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Audi, etc.).
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Solid technical understanding of vehicle systems.
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screening.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior Service Advisor experience at a BMW dealership.

Compensation (Hourly + Commission: Union Pay Plan):

Performance-based Earnings Range: $120,000 to $200,000+ / year

Actual earnings depend on performance. High-performers who consistently meet and exceed store and corporate goals often earn well above this range.

*The Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of eighteen dollars an hour. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed repair orders achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit*
