Job Description
Summary:
The Service BDC Agent is responsible for generating service appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to schedule or inquire about service repairs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner.
Use lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.
Work tow-in lists, missed calls, chat leads, missed appointments.
Confirm and book appointments.
Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
Generate and schedule service appointments.
Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis
Plan any team building events.
Will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.
Qualifications
Previous experience in either a high-volume call center environment or quota-driven role.
Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous BDC experience for an automotive dealership
