We are seeking a Service Communications Advisor to join our growing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our service team and clients, ensuring that all communications are clear, timely, and aligned with client needs. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering thoughtful, well-structured service updates and solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary communication link between internal service teams and clients.

Draft, edit, and manage service-related communications, including updates, resolutions, and follow-ups.

Monitor service performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Develop communication strategies to improve client engagement and experience.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Support customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Maintain documentation and records of service interactions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.

2+ years of experience in client communications or service advisory roles.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
