Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented service manager to manage our vehicle service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager's responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, scheduling appointments for vehicle repairs, and must be able to perform vehicle repairs as well.

Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
- Assisting with or performing vehicle repairs
- Ensure delivery of customers’ vehicles on time
- Oversee all day-to-day job duties within the automotive service department with a focus on high employee and customer morale
- Guide the management of all automotive service department paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records
- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes
Service Manager Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years required
- Previous sales and management experience is required
- Strong industry knowledge.
- Having your own tools is advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
