Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
· Complete all assigned training in allotted time with a final score of 80% by first attempt.
· Set up new products without assistance.
· Meet all productivity goals set regarding calls per day.
· Understand and use service documentation and be familiar with all current applicable bulletins on new products being serviced.
· Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge in a “real world” setting through ride-withs, shop repair and completion of preventative maintenance and service calls on customers’ machines.
· Maintain and account for parts in a responsible manner with a maximum discrepancy rate of 1%.
* Demonstrate the ability to work well with all personnel and to have good customer relations skills.
· Must have regular and reliable attendance.
Education and Experience Requirements: Graduation from high school (or equivalent). Technical training in electronics or an electro-mechanical field is a plus. Experience is required that demonstrates an aptitude for application of technical theory and procedures. Must be able to operate a computer and utilize email. Good MVR record. This is considered a safety sensitive position per the company drug and alcohol policy.
Environmental Factors and Working Conditions: The physical environment is general office (or equivalent), and at times, will require shop or repair center work environment. Position typically requires significant visual effort and involves assignments requiring significant levels of concentration. Position requires lifting of objects up to fifty (50) pounds, frequent stooping, kneeling, and bending, use of hand tools and working with and around electrical equipment up to 70% of time each week. Requires domestic travel more than twenty (20) hours per week. Typical hours of operation are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
