We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to be a part of the driving force behind a motivated team working in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do:

• Oversee the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of all employees
• Assist in attracting, recruiting, developing and employees
• Have knowledge of and assist with preventive maintenance and repairs on all equipment
• Own management of chemical inventory, usage, and costs
• Train and motivate team to enroll new members
• Directly handle all customer concerns and questions
• Performs required administrative duties which may include documentation for performance management, team calls, terminations, employee relations, and promotions
• Take responsibility when the General Manager is offsite

What you’ll need:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and grow
• A positive attitude
• Comfortability working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexibility in scheduling
• A high school diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Ability to lift or move 50 pounds

Physical Job Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter)
• Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
• Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
• Safely climb and maneuver a 25ft ladder while carrying 40 pounds or more
• Respond quickly to sounds
• Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
• See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
• Must have the ability to be mobile and engaged with all Modteam members and customers at pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot
