What You’ll Do:

• Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs
• Complete oil changes and fluid top-offs following company procedures
• Inspect and replace filters, hoses, belts, lights, and other minor components
• Conduct basic safety checks and identify vehicle issues
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members about service needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace
• Produce clear, accurate service documentation
• Drive customer vehicles safely during test drives (valid driver’s license required)

Qualifications:

• Some professional experience changing tires and oil preferred but not required
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Possess a valid driver's license w/good driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills
