The Heritage Collision Center is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Auto Body Blueprinter to join the H-Team! As a Blueprinter, you'll play a critical role in kickstarting the repair process, conducting thorough appraisals, and creating complete, accurate repair plans that improve workflow and reduce delays. $25.00/ hour+ based on experience
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess vehicle damage along with possible related damage to the loss not documented on the preliminary estimate.
Meticulously disassemble vehicle: Document with pictures, all related and unrelated damage to the loss, and add to CCC1 file.
Use parts racks to carefully separate reusable parts from damaged parts and label as needed, to assist in reassembly.
Document all damage or missing hardware and include needed replacement hardware in the CCC1 file.
Use the paint marker to document all related damage to vehicle panels to assist technicians with the repair process.
Update the estimating staff on findings. Work with the estimating staff to ensure all necessary add-ons are incorporated into the estimate based on the insurance company.
Work first hand with insurance adjusters during supplemental visual inspection to help ensure the vehicle is repaired to “pre-loss” condition.
Assist the repairing technician with any repair/reassembly questions

$150 boot stipend once a year
The ideal Auto Body Blueprinter candidate:
Experience in automotive collision repair, estimating, or insurance appraisal
Strong understanding of body repair processes and parts/labor estimating
Familiarity with insurance company procedures and industry standards
Ability to develop clear, accurate repair plans and document all work thoroughly
Proficient computer skills and comfort working with estimating software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
I-CAR certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Professionalism, sound judgment, and a team-first mindset
