What you’ll do:

As an experienced Service Advisor, you’ll act as the liaison between customers and the service department. Your main role is to ensure that customers receive the maintenance or repairs they need. Your work helps keep the customer informed and satisfied throughout the process.

• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.
• Ask questions to clarify issues and gather relevant information.
• Explain recommended services and repairs in a way that’s easy to understand.
• Create detailed repair orders for technicians.
• Prioritize jobs based on urgency and customer needs.
• Communicate with technicians to get updates on repair progress.
• Provide cost estimates for parts and labor.
• Get customer approval before proceeding with work.
• Inform customers of any changes or additional work needed.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Coordinate with parts departments and technicians to ensure timely service.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle.
• Handle complaints or concerns professionally.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction.
