As a Service Advisor, you are the bridge between our customers and our service technicians. Your ability to clearly explain maintenance needs, build trust, and create a welcoming experience—especially for Spanish-speaking guests—makes you a key part of our success.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent communication with diverse customer base
Experience in customer service or automotive sales
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (DMS/CDK experience a plus!)
A positive attitude, team spirit, and professional demeanor
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
