Kirk NationaLease is hiring experienced Diesel Mechanics to join our full-service diesel shop in Findlay, OH. We are looking for skilled truck and trailer mechanics who take pride in their work and wants to make an impact with a company who values and invests in its people. Your Role:
As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be the driving force behind keeping our customer’s equipment running at peak performance.
You will be responsible for:
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and light to moderate diesel repairs
- Diagnosing and repairing issues in brakes, clutches, wheel seals, and other vehicle systems
- Conducting DOT inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Keeping a clean and safe work environment while following company procedures

- Split shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with consistent 40-hour workweeks
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience
- At least 1 year of trailer repair experience preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Personal tools required
- Knowledge of diesel systems with the ability to read technical diagrams
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
