What You'll Be Doing:

• Train and mentor apprentice diesel techs
• Oversee shop operations and maximize team productivity
• Collaborate with Service Writers to schedule and assign work
• Assist with diagnostics and repairs
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Manage shop supplies and parts coordination
• Support performance reviews and tool maintenance
