Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on Ford diesel trucks and vehicles
Use Ford-approved diagnostic tools and follow factory procedures
Inspect, test, and verify repairs meet dealership and manufacturer standards
Follow checklists to ensure all critical systems are examined
Test-drive vehicles after repairs to confirm proper operation
Tag and return warranty parts per dealership policy
Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers regarding repairs
Attend ongoing Ford diesel training and stay current with service bulletins
Deliver every vehicle back to the customer clean and in top condition
Ford Diesel Certification required
ASE Certification preferred
1+ years of experience in a Ford dealership or fleet diesel environment
CDL License a plus
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Must supply own tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
