Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on Ford diesel trucks and vehicles

  • Use Ford-approved diagnostic tools and follow factory procedures

  • Inspect, test, and verify repairs meet dealership and manufacturer standards

  • Follow checklists to ensure all critical systems are examined

  • Test-drive vehicles after repairs to confirm proper operation

  • Tag and return warranty parts per dealership policy

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance

  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers regarding repairs

  • Attend ongoing Ford diesel training and stay current with service bulletins

  • Deliver every vehicle back to the customer clean and in top condition

Qualifications

  • Ford Diesel Certification required

  • ASE Certification preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in a Ford dealership or fleet diesel environment

  • CDL License a plus

  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

  • Must supply own tools

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
