Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Auto Detailer to join our team at Harper Collision Center. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in vehicle cleaning, polishing, and interior detailing. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 with an occasional half day on Saturday. Prior collision center experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Paint wet sanding & polishing
- Minor repair assessments
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors following repair (wash, vacuum, wipe down surfaces, etc.)
- Remove overspray, buff, polish, and wax vehicles as needed
- Inspect vehicles for quality and completeness before customer delivery
- Ensure vehicles are spotless and meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation
- Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies
- Assist with moving vehicles in and out of the shop as needed
- Notify management of any issues or concerns with finished repairs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto detailing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Good communication skills
- Collision repair knowledge a plus
