We’re looking for a Lead Detailer / Assistant Manager<\/b> to help maintain Maverick’s reputation for top -quality vehicles. This role is ideal for someone who is detail -driven, leads by example, and enjoys mentoring teammates to deliver consistent, high -quality results.

Requirements<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Must be 21 years of age or older<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Valid driver’s license with ability to drive a variety of vehicles
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    What You’ll Do<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Perform high -level detailing (interior/exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, etc.)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Set the quality standard for all finished vehicles
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Inspect and sign off on completed work to ensure Maverick’s standards are met
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Provide guidance and coaching to other detailers when needed
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Assist the manager in keeping workflows efficient and supplies organized
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Step in with hands -on detailing to support the team and set the pace
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      What We’re Looking For<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Proven experience in automotive detailing (required)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Keen eye for detail and passion for consistent, high -quality work
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Natural leadership ability — able to encourage, guide, and support peers
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Dependable, team -first mindset with a positive attitude
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Ability to adapt in a fast -paced environment and handle physical aspects of the role
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
