Key Responsibilities:<\/b> Diagnose and repair diesel/gas engines, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and part fabrication Interpret service manuals, schematics, and diagrams Can operate diagnostic tools (CAT ET, SIS, John Deere Service Advisor) Support field and shop repairs Ensure safety, reliability, and compliance across all equipment Requirements:<\/b> Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment repair experience and one year supervisory experience. Proficiency in welding, cutting, and part fabrication Valid CDL Class B and clean driving record Must pass pre -employment drug screening Compensation & Benefits:<\/b> Competitive hourly wage: $30–$45/hr. <\/b>Wages will vary based on training, experience, and/or qualifications Company -funded Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance 401(k) with up to 3% employer match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
