Lead Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Diagnose and repair diesel/gas engines, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  <\/p><\/li>

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and part fabrication
  <\/p><\/li>

• Interpret service manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  <\/p><\/li>

• Can operate diagnostic tools (CAT ET, SIS, John Deere Service Advisor)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support field and shop repairs
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure safety, reliability, and compliance across all equipment
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment repair experience and one year supervisory experience.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency in welding, cutting, and part fabrication
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Valid CDL Class B and clean driving record
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Must pass pre -employment drug screening
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Compensation & Benefits:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Competitive hourly wage: $30–$45/hr. <\/b>Wages will vary based on training, experience, and/or qualifications
      <\/p><\/li>
