Compensation (Hourly + Bonus):

$17.00 - 19.00 / hour + Monthly Bonus

Job Description

Summary:

The Loaner Fleet Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the dealership’s fleet of loaner vehicles. This position ensures that all vehicles are properly tracked, rotated, and maintained, while delivering a smooth and professional experience for customers. You’ll work closely with the Used Car Manager to ensure the fleet remains current and compliant, and utilize specialized software to manage logistics and reporting

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage dealership loaner fleet
Track mileage, usage, and service intervals to ensure timely rotation and retirement of vehicles
Coordinate with the Used Car Manager to pull and replace vehicles as needed
Maintain accurate records of vehicle VINs, mileage, and service status using spreadsheets and loaner software
Ensure no vehicles exceed their allowed usage or service thresholds
Check customers in and out of loaner vehicles, providing keys and completing necessary paperwork
Prepare vehicles to meet company standards before each rental
Maintain a clean and organized fleet area
Provide friendly, honest, and professional customer service throughout the rental process
Support dealership operations by ensuring fleet readiness and compliance
Perform light accounting and data entry tasks related to fleet tracking and reporting

Qualifications

Experience in rental operations or loaner vehicle coordination
Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet use (Excel or Google Sheets)
Experience with reporting, tracking, and data entry
Ability to manage vehicle logistics and scheduling independently
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working in a dealership loaner fleet environment
Familiarity with Dealer Ware software
Basic accounting knowledge related to fleet operations

Additional Information

Compensation (Hourly + Bonus):

$17.00 - 19.00 / hour + Monthly Bonus

Depending on experience and qualifications
Monthly bonus is determined by scorecard metrics

Schedule:

FULL TIME
Sundays Always Off
Saturday Availability Required
