This is a skilled position involving making repairs to and maintaining construction equipment and mechanical equipment such as paving equipment, plant machines, aggregate equipment, engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and other equipment by performing the following duties:
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on Medium and Heavy-duty trucks and any other piece of equipment requiring repairs.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Operates and inspects machines or equipment to diagnose defects.
聽
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoists and hand tools.
聽
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Examines components and systems for loose ,broken聽 or bad parts.
聽
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
聽
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Repair and聽maintenance, including brakes, suspension, steering聽components, electrical, some hydraulics, and some聽specialty systems like cameras and proximity聽sensors or replaces defective parts.
聽
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
聽
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Lubricates and cleans parts.
聽
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Starts and/or devices to test their performance.
聽
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Welds broken parts and structural members.
聽

聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Hydraulic, pneumatic, & diesel repair, and fabricating experience preferred.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Welding experience helpful.
聽
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽High school diploma,聽general education degree (GED), and/or Diploma from trade school in Heavy Equipment repair or Diesel repair.聽聽
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
