Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to every customer.
Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.
Keep customers informed with regular updates on vehicle status and repairs.
Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates and explain recommended services clearly.
Maximize daily technician productivity by effectively managing repair orders.
Serve as the communication bridge between customers and technicians.
Take ownership of the customer experience from drop-off to vehicle return.
Perform active delivery by reviewing completed work and associated costs with customers.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
Organized, efficient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to excellent customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Automotive service knowledge preferred, but not required
Prior Service Advisor experience preferred (1+ year)
Ford or dealership experience a plus
DealerTrack DMS experience a plus
All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
