Service Advisor with dealership experience

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced environment at Johnson RV. It’s more than a Service Advisor, we need an outstanding communicator with a natural positive attitude. A person that has a strong work ethic and values taking ownership of the customer experience. The successful candidate will feel comfortable and confident in greeting customers as they are scheduling appointments and acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians. Must be sales-minded, as it is part of the role. This position will handle a volume of work flow and must be good at multitasking and shifting priorities as business needs dictate.
Responsibilities
· Attitude is everything – greet service department customers promptly and courteously
· Listen to each customer and clearly articulate needs to technician
· Provide accurate estimates of repairs / maintenance costs
· Follow up on repair status to efficiently inform customers
· Work with manufacturer and file claims in timely manner
· Notify customers when RV / trailer is ready for pick up
· Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
· Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
· Keep Service Manager informed of all problems or potential problems
· Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
