The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include greeting customers, listening to their needs, scheduling appointments as needed, being sure the right technician is assigned to the job, advising guests of the costs of repairs and gaining their approval before the work is performed, as well as calling them when their vehicle is ready with the final total, then letting them know when and how they can pick up their vehicle.
