What You’ll Do:

• • Welcome customers with a friendly, professional approach.
• • Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow efficiently.
• • Document vehicle concerns and explain repair recommendations clearly.
• • Serve as the link between technicians and customers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• • Review completed work and invoices with customers at pick-up.
• • Follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• • Meet and exceed service sales and customer satisfaction goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• • Service Advisor or automotive customer-service experience preferred, not required.
• • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• • Basic automotive knowledge; Ford experience a plus.
• • Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar systems.
• • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
