Service Advisor

Experienced Service Advisors needed: , organization, professionalism, and strong communication skills are a must. CDK Service, SmartMENU and strong computer skills is preferred. • Ensure the guests receive prompt, courteous and effective service
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• .Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep guest informed on completion time, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Ensure guest has a positive dealership experience.
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Qualifications:

• Previous service writer / advisor experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain information in a courteous, friendly and professional matter.
• Must have good communicative and interpretive skill.
• Must have computer proficiency. CDK Service system knowledge preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,552.00 - $75,000.00 per year
