Service Advisor

Description of the role:

Bell & Bell GMC is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Little River, SC. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customer needs
• Communicate service recommendations and pricing to customers
• Schedule service appointments and manage service orders
• Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive service is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
